I was extremely frustrated with my stay. The bathroom door was broken, and they didn't provide any basic necessities like water. The room had a horrible smell that made it unbearable. I can't believe I spent so much money for such a terrible experience.

The staff was lovely. But as a couple, gotta mention that there was this super friendly gal named Nicole, really brightened our day. She was always there to help and give suggestions. We felt welcomed .

Super clean Queen Room on upper floors, with comfy bed and great shower. Loved the free coffee, tea, and snacks available 24/7 in the cozy lobby. Air conditioning worked well, and the WiFi was easy to access. Awesome location near Times Square and just a short walk from subway stations for getting around New York. Fitness center was a nice bonus.

staying at club quarters hotel for 9 nights was a fantastic experience. the location is perfect, close to rockefeller center, bryant park, and times square. i loved having free coffee in the lobby 24/7. my room on the penthouse floor offered a nice city view. the heater kept us warm, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.
